Church Member Email Sign-Up Form

This form is for members (such as pastors, leaders, deacons & board members) of Crossfire Christian Church to obtain a church email. This form will allow us to set up member emails with the information that member submits to be used. We asked that you put an valid email that you use regularly, so both emails will be linked together for easy use. Your church email will be setup once information is put into the system by an administer, you will be notified when email is in use. Ex:firstlastname@crossfirechristian.org.
